Ingredientes:

Aquecer a água e reservar.
Heat the water and reserve.
Colocar o azeite num tacho baixo e estalar o alho com a salsa (ou coentros), adicionar a água, o caldo de carne, o chouriço e o sal a gosto.

Colocar o arroz em alguidar
de barro e verter a calda preparada por cima.

Levar ao forno previamente aquecido a 200ºC durante 20
a 30 minutos.

Tricks :Retirar o alguidar do forno
partir o chouriço ou salpicão em rodelas e colocar as rodelas por cima do arroz
a enfeitar.
Ideal para acompanhar
pratos de carne ou galinha assada.
Sirva com um vinho tinto do
Douro - Portugal.
