Numa panela para cozer ao vapor coloque água e deixe
ferver (na Termomix coloque 1l de água e programe 10 min., Temp. Varoma, Vel.1.).

No tabuleiro superior coloque metade do sal e uma porção de coentros frescos,
coloque o peixe por cima e cubra com sal adicionando mais uma porção de
coentros frescos.

Temperatura Varoma, Vel.2.).

Aproximadamente 15 minutos antes de terminar coloquem as batatinhas novas com a pele na panela (Varoma) e deixar cozer.
