Forre uma tarteira de fundo falso.

2- Recheio
da tarte/Filling for the tart:
Derreta a gelatina em 4 colheres de sopa de água
quente.

Coloque numa taça os iogurtes, o leite condensado, a raspa e sumo de duas limas e bata durante uns 2 minutos (Termomix 2min.,vel.3).

Junte a gelatina e continue a mexer até envolver, depois reserve.
