100g of butter
100g de manteiga
200g of milk chocolate
200g de chocolate de leite
3 desert spoons of honey
3 c. sobremesa de mel
225g of Digestive Biscuits
225g de Bolachas Digestivas
225g of malteser balls
225g de bolas de maltesers
Method
Preparação
Line a squared tin mold with baking paper.
Forre uma forma quadrada com papel vegetal.
In a saucepan, melt the butter with chocolate and the honey.
Numa frigideira, derreta a manteiga, com o chocolate e o mel.
Remove from the heat and stir in the finely crushed digestive biscuits.
Retire do lume e incorpore as bolachas digestivas finamente picadas.
Add the malteser balls and mix together.
Junte as bolas de maltesers e mexa bem.
Pour the mixture onto you mold and try to flatten the top.
Deite o preparado na sua forma e tente alisar a parte de cima.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Coloque no frigorifico durante pelo menos 2 horas.
After these two hours remove the tray and cut into squares.
Após as duas horas retire a forma e corte em quadrados.
Trick: Serve with hot coffee as a small treat.
Trick: Sirva com café quente como um pequeno docinho.
