Preparação
Place a small amount of olive oil in the bottom of the cocottes.

Chop the washed and rinsed leak in small circles.

Over the olive oil, place the leak covering the bottom of the cocottes.

Season with garlic.
Tempere com o alho.
Place the chourizo cut into small circles over the leak.
Coloque o chouriço, ás rodelas por cima do alho francês
Place the lid of the cocotte and bake in the pre-heated oven at 200ºC for 20 minutes.
Coloque a tampa sobre a cocotte e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 200ºC durante 20 minutos.
Trick: Season with oregano before placing in the oven. Serve as an entrée with warm bread.
