Chickpea & Tuna Salada / Salada de Grão de Bico & Atum

400-500g of cooked chickpea
400-500g de grão de bico cozido

3 cans of tuna (3*125g)
3 lata de atum (3*125g)

3 cooked eggs
3 ovos cozidos

1 finely diced onion
1 cebola finamente picada

Fresh Parsley chopped
Salsa Fresca cortada

Olive Oil
Azeite

Method
Preparação

Place the strained chickpea in a bowl our tart dish like ours.
Coloque o grão de bico, escorrido numa taça ou numa tarteira como a nossa.

Place the strained tuna evenly over the chickpea.
Coloque o atum escorrido por cima do grão de bico.

Place the finely chopped onion in a bowl with the olive oil to taste and the parsley and mix well.
Coloque a cebola finamente picada numa tigela com o azeite a gosto e a salsa.

Chop the cooked eggs into thin slices and place them on top of the tuna and chickpea.
Corte o ovo em rodelas finas e coloque-o sobre o grão e atum.

Place the dressing made previously over the salad before serving.
Coloque o molho preparado previamente sobre a salada antes de servir.

Trick: You may change the parsley for corriander if you prefer a different flavour.
Trick: Pode substituir a salsa por coentros para um sabor diferente.

Lemon Cakes / Bolos de Limão

5 ovos

120g of natural yogurt

120g de iogurte natural

110g of vegetable oil

110g de óleo vegetal

380g of sugar

380g de açúcar

150g of flour

150g de farinha

10g of baking powder

10g de fermento em pó

1 lemon

1 limão

Method

Preparação

Remove the zest from the lemon and place it in a blending until obtaining a paste.

Retire a casca do limão e coloque-o num liquidificador até ficar uma pasta.

Place all the ingredients except the flour and the baking powder in a mixing bowl and mix together with the aid of a mixer.

Coloque todos os ingredientes exceto a farinha e o fermento numa taça e misture tudo bem com a ajuda de uma batedeira. 

Add the flour and the baking powder and mix together with the remaining ingredients.

Adicione a farinha e o fermento e envolva com os restantes ingredientes.

Place the dough in paper mold like ours or in a larger mold greased with butter and dusted with flour.

Coloque a massa em formas de papel como as nossas ou numa forma grande previamente untada com manteiga e polvilhada com farinha.

Place in the pre heated oven at 180ºC until cooked. Check with a toothpick to know when its ready.

Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180ºC, até estar cozido. Verifique com um palito para saber quando está pronto.

Trick: Before placing the cakes in the oven you may add some red fruits such as raspberries or blueberries according to your liking. You may also once cooked garnish the middle with a jam or preserve of your choice, or serve simple.

Trick: Antes de colocar os bolos no forno poderá adicionar uns frutos vermelhos como mirtilos ou framboesas de acordo com o que preferir. Pode também optar por rechear o interior uma vez pronto com uma compota a gosto ou servir simples.

Tomate Prosciutto Pesto Salad | Salada de Tomate com Presunto e Pesto

Flamengo Cheese
Queijo Flamengo

Olive Oil
Azeite

Prosciutto
Presunto

Molho Pesto
Pesto Sauce

Cherry Tomatoes
Tomates Cherry

Method
Preparação

Place in the bottom of the glass some olive oil.
Coloque no fundo do copo um fio de azeite.

Over the olive oil place the flamengo cheese cut into small cubes.
Sobre o azeite coloque o queijo flamengo cortado aos cubinhos.

Add the cherry tomates cut into 4.
Adicione os tomates cherry cortados em 4.

Add small pieces of thin slices of prosciutto.
Adicione pequenos pedacinhos de tiras finas de presunto.

Finally add some drops of pesto sauce.
Adicione por fim algumas gotas de molho pesto.

Trick: Garnish with some sesame seed.
Trick: Decore com umas sementes de sesamo.
